T. MOHANADASAN
Founder / Group Managing Director
Mohan brings a wealth of expertise with more than 30 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Subsea and Pipeline Engineering Sector. He is a Chartered Engineer (UK) and is accredited by the Institute of Marine Engineers (UK). Mohan’s expertise in solving complex pipeline related issues is highly regarded by ONGC, Shell, Repsol and other companies such as Sapura Energy and Aker Solutions.
ROLANDO SAPITULA SILVA
Multi-Discipline Project Consultant
Rolando is a diverse Oil and Gas Engineering and Construction Engineer with a career spanning more than 30 years. He has held managerial positions in the sector, with over 15 years specifically dedicated to Mechanical/Piping design engineering and managing departments. His career milestones were achieved via his working experience in projects for Oil & Gas companies such as; Shell, Hess, Exxonmobil, ONGC, Talisman, Petronas, Newfield, Petrofac, Sudan Petroleum, Saigon Petroleum, NIOC, IPAC, Caltex, and Sapura Energy. He has gained vast knowledge over the years and is familiar with the Codes/Standards and Specifications applicable for numerous clients. He has worked in Iran, Saudi Arabia, Brunei, Singapore and is now currently working in Malaysia.
HUAN TECK TIONG
Engineering Manager
Huan has about 20 years of work experience in conceptual, feasibility, FEED and detailed engineering projects. His experience includes undertaking the design of subsea and onshore pipelines, PLEMs and Single Point Mooring (SPM) systems in various geographical locations around the world. He is a Professional Engineer accredited by the Board of Engineers Malaysia (C116689) and is a member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia (IEM).
KRISHNA KUMAR
Lead Pipeline Engineer
Krishna has over 15 years of engineering working experience in the Pipeline and Subsea Field covering engineering and management of Offshore/Onshore Design, Integrity, Fabrication and Installation. His proficiency in Pipeline Conceptual Design, FEED and Detailed Design Engineering, includes Riser and Spool Stress Analysis, Subsea Pipeline Crossing Design, Pipeline/Concrete Stiffness Analysis, Lateral Buckling and Walking analysis (FE & Analytical), Pipeline Integrity Assessment, Pipeline Fatigue and VIV analysis. His EPCIC experience includes Fabrication Engineering, Yard Fabrication, Installation Engineering and Offshore installation of rigid and flexible pipelines, umbilicals and offshore skids. He is well proficient in using several pipeline analysis programs (i.e., AutoPIPE, ORCAFLEX, ABAQUS, OFFPIPE, MATHCAD and AGA). He is a member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia.
ISAAC KUGAN
Proposal Manager
Isaac has over 10 years experience and comes with a wealth of proposal management which is supplemented with his broad range of technical knowledge. His experience spans across all phases of pipeline design that covers; Pre-Bid Engineering, Pre-Conceptual and Conceptual Engineering, Front End and Detailed Engineering Design. He is fully responsible for all proposals and his responsibilities includes assessment of incoming bids, evaluating in the decision to bid, compilation and management of various documents and deliverables for submission. He also acts as a Senior Engineer performing engineering calculations/analyses and checking drawings, reviewing of junior engineer deliverables and PMT support. He is familiar with; DNV, ASME, PTS and DEP design codes/standards, having used them on various projects.
